Do I pay when I send a request?
No. Send your request first. We’ll confirm availability and your full quote, then share the payment instructions to secure your booking.
How do delivery and returns work?
Choose from the available delivery and return options when booking. Transport costs are separate from the rental price and are confirmed before you agree.
Can I add extras to my package?
Yes. Where extras are available, you’ll see their photos, contents and prices during booking. Choose the ones you like, or skip them.
